    Some excerpts:

Before you sit for Pranayama practice, thoroughly clean the nostrils well.

The vast majority of persons waste their precious time in the early morning in answering the calls of nature for half an hour and washing their teeth for another half an hour. This is bad. Aspirants should try to defecate within 5 minutes and cleanse their teeth within 5 minutes.

Apana is not formed from oxygen. Apana is energy. Apana resides in the lower part of the abdomen, in the Muladhara, in the descending colon, rectum and anus.

When you massage the liver, spleen, stomach or any other portion or organ of the body, you can speak to the cells and give them orders: “O cells! discharge your functions properly. I command you to do so.” They will obey your orders. They too have got subconscious intelligence.

Repeat OM when you pass your Prana to others. Try a few cases. You will gain competence. You can cure scorpion-sting also. Gently shampoo the leg and bring the poison down.

    From another pranayama site:

First Rite is the practice of spinning which has an effect on the Emotional Body. As one spins clockwise, negative residues are literally flung out of the body as the energies take up the expansion pattern.

Running (30 minutes minimum), hitting a punch bag, strangling or even raping a pillow, dancing (without e) are also highly recommended for emotional release.

Found this gem tonight: (yes I'm bored and broke)
    http://www.warriorquest.com/index.html

    Here is a quote:
The secrets of Mind contain the Kanso which invoke the strength ancient Deities through the use of written scrolls that specify the warrior’s intentions. This is known as KUFU (Concentrated reflection). From the very simple to the most complex, the Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku ritual can be applied in a great number of combinations. The rituals can be applied by a solitary warrior, or done with many warriors to create a more powerful effect.

So if anyone is in the Denver area and wants to speak to ancient spirits, here is your chance!

Regarding that last video: This isn't really part of this funny thread, but does anybody else think that those super curved kicking bags encourage bad habits? Also, what about where those two people were hitting the same wavemaster? I think thats a recipe for disaster. Also, that woman kind of reminds me of judge Judy. Aside from all the other things wrong with that video.

    About the video....

Websites only here, but since you posted it...

    1. I noticed that they "specialize" in three or four different things. Doesnt "specializing" in something mean that you do that exclusively?

    2. I like how she showed the pictures of her with MMA stars. Like it makes her an MMA "specialist". I have a picture of me with Tito Ortiz somewhere around here, I guess that makes me an MMA "specialist".

I thought it was terrible how they taught the kids to break paper thin wood while screaming and pull retarded stances.
