IIRC, "Momo" Benazziza died from a bad combo of Lasix and EPO... Maybe you were thinking of him?

Something along the line about excessive diuretics or dangerously low levels of body fat with his liver and kidneys turning into goo. Bad and sad ending for a dude in his prime.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

I had decent results from Hot-Rox Extreme and Venom Lean Dreams. I had gotten to the point where I didn't have the energy or time to add more workouts and my eating was about as clean as it was going to get. Wanted to drop a few more pounds. I had peaked and was holding steady on the weight.
I stacked these two products basically. One is for during the day and the other was for before bed. I dropped down to 170 using the products and my cardio and eating stayed the same, water intake increased slightly to make up for extra sweating.
Only side effect I had from either product was an increased temp.

@anna
Here's a CNN article about the type of suppliment that was mentioned earlier:
http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/02/07....ap/index.html
Apparently it is non-prescription now (or will be soon). I don't know how much it would help, becuase you probably aren't consuming too much fat now as it is.
