    Weight loss supplements.

    I'm fatter then I want to be and exercise a buttload already. I have been consistently losing weight for the past month and a half or so but would like to accellerate the process. I'm considering taking hydroxycut or another weightloss supplement and figured I'd post here and see if anyone had any recommendations from personal experiance.

    I thought that most people couldn't lose much more than 2lbs a week before they start shedding muscle as well as fat. Perhaps you can lose more fat per week if you're really obese, but you're not.

    That said, I've found an _awesome_ weight loss suppliment. It's called 'salad'.

    And when you go out drinking stick to spirit and a diet mixer, no beer or wine.

    Nah, it's not really so bad as I like to make it sound. I eat "bad stuff" but when I eat, say, a fast food burger, It's typically cut in half and split between me and ashly.

    Amusingly letting my diet go to "****" seemed to be what triggered the weight loss. Back when I was eating really lightly and staying away from naughty stuff I couldnt actually lose weight for **** but back in early november I just said "**** it, I have no fights coming up, I'll eat what I want". Lo and behold since then I've been getting skinnier and I'm not annoyed with a lot of cravings all the time and have less of an appetite so I don't feel likely to fall off the band-wagon. I could probably accellerate the process if I went on a fruit and veggie diet but I also know that I can't maintain that for more then a month.

    Ergolean Amp seems to be working ,Along with a diet, and training 6 days a week...

    Ephadrine was good in the past (Banned over here now though)

    YES, YES, YES it's the diet that does the good..... but it's the appetite suppression that makes it easier.

    Well i've lost around 10 pounds since November so I don't think I'm losing much if any muscle. I still feel strong (and I bet my last opponent would vouch for that).


    In all honesty, I'd probably be happy to lose some muscle, I like the fact that all the post fight writeups describe me as the stronger harder hitter, but In the end the most important thing for me is the number. Finding fights at 155~ is not as easy as I wish it was, especially now that I've got like 10 matches under my belt and most of the other fat bodies have like three or four and wont fight me. If i can get to 150 walk weight and cut five pounds to fight at 145 it would make fight finding easier, and I get to beat up smaller girls and that's always great because girls in my weightclass sometimes hit hard and I dont like that :(
