is he a fraud?

Hey, I'm new (duh) so i don't know if this man has ocme up yet or not but I thought I would ask. Dr. Rod Sacharnoksi, supposedly a Dai-Soke, 10th Dan, and head master of Juko-Kai. Umm I had heard that this man was a questionable person in his truth. Does anyone know the truth about him?

Rod previously was the subject of various threads on E-Budo, alleging that he had committed all kinds of Bullshido. So Rod sued e-budo, and several of its members, and last I heard this suit had gotten thrown out of court. So if you ask me, would you go train with Rod or take his representations at face value. Probably not.

He was at some point challenged regarding his claimed USJF 8th dan in judo.
Turned out he was a shodan.

I just enjoyed reading stuff like this on the website linked some posts above, like:

This Honor was bestowed upon him by Shihan John Willson who is member of Juko Kai International and Bujinkan Budo. Soke Sacharnoski has developed a ninjitsu program - Juko Kai Ninpo in which it is based on his studies of Soke Hatsumi.
