    Hi,
I'm interested in learning how to throw a haymaker, found in Choy lay fut.
Can you instruct me in this matter?

How do I do an armbar? I want to learn one so I can use it on my friends but I don't want to pay to train at a school.

Telling a noob to 'go to this site' is a rather broad statement.
Imagine if the url were bullshido.net. You can see how that would be making a comment on the site's content?

The OP's question is actually interesting. I've been wanting to buy some K-1 DVDs (legit DVDs), but I can only find one or two in amazon - so for the time being I must be content with watching fights burned on DVDs my g/f gets from Japan... Japanese commercials are weird.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

i guess i can see that, but it's not like i sent him to the "opinion" area, i just sent him to the part where the guy sells VCD copies of (among other ****) san shou fights.

oh and el macho, not sure about where you live, but here in nyc you can go to japanese video stores and rent or buy burned DVDs of just about any popular show from japan. Hell even grocery stores usually have a lot of that stuff. i used to get every pride and some of the shooto events that way (until i found a better way, that shall not be spoken of.)

and yes, japanese commercials are the best, they put dumb ass american commercials to shame.
