Style: BJJ, Ju-Jitsu--
I have to credit an EWTO school with introducing me to Remy Pressas. They hosted a two day seminar with him. I was a younger fellow and had no idea who Pressas was and so only attended after they cagolled me into it.

Style: Judo--
Oddly enough I first started with Judo for 2 years, then kick boxing for around 4 years - then after a break I started the _ing _un last year. I have never been to a "Wing Tsun" class so don't know how it would compare, but it does not sound much like my class at all. But when the OP said he spent £500 in 6 months on WT lessons?! shows what sort of organisation that is.
