just spotted this on youtube havent seen it before... its a vid from a while back, before Sefo left balmoral lee gar to start his own place. quite cool to see. hes definitely put on the pounds since he left. also get to see my coaches (guy hes doing padwork with at the start) fantastic moustache which he unfortunately shaved off :(

That step over punch he put on Lebanner left 6 stitches inside his mouth and i think 10 on the outside. i remember our coach telling us how when he and sefo were training over in japan for that fight and throwing that one in during combos the dutch guys were watching and laughing. werent laughing so much after, i bet.

no i'm kidding, its good. his fight with mark hunt was great, istill watch that one loads. what they put in the water in NZ i dont know, but it sure makes em tough
