I'm not sure if this counts as major, but first injury I had that put me out of training for a significant amount of time was soft tissue damage to my ankle. Happened during sparring - I got KOed from a right hook, and as I was going down, I must have fallen awkwardly over my ankle. One moment I was standing up, the next I was on the floor with a throbbing ankle. That was in 2003, stopped me from training for about 4 months.

Two broken fingers that never healed right, one big toe that is alway jamming and I Pop my shoulder and injured my collar bone three months ago, then last saturday I went to softly stop my friend fall from a hane goshi and try to breakfall, landed on my shoulder and pop it again.... now I will never take any considerations with my uke
