    Nice.

    Though not exclusive to TKD, the spin back kick is one "fancy TKD kick" that has proven itself in MMA competition to be a useful and powerful kick. Though good striking is always going to look like kickboxing (in the end), I think that as TMAers gradually become enlightened as to the right way to train (and fight) we will continue to see more workable techniques come out of those fighters/schools. Which is only going to add to the fight game as a whole.

    Nicely timed kick...the krotty guy wimped out though, so it isn't a KO as such

    I hate to play the "coulda woulda" game, but if it wasn't for the ref stoppage I'm willing to bet that it would have been.
