well i have been trying to find a good cardio routine,but no luck.this is what i do ; i will start off at about 4.7 and sprint for a min,walk for 30 sec.then i will increase speed and incline to try and sprint 8-10 times for now.my question is will this get me in mma shape??im open for any good advice.

If you can sprint for a full minute, rest 30 seconds, and do it again you're in great shape.
I don't think you can sprint for a minute.
Advice: Get off the treadmill. Then sprint harder. Full bore, all out, don't save anything, whatever eye of the tiger bullshit. Do this for 30 seconds. Then walk for a minute and do it again. repeat till you throw up a little.

It sounds as if you're using a treadmill.
I second the opinion that you abandon the treadmill and run on a track or the nearest soccer (football) field you can find. I forget the physiological reason as to why it's better, but it just is.

It's possible to sprint for a full minute - it's called the 400/440 in track and field, and it's the worst event to do in terms of puke-worthy endeavors.
