Pushups, pull ups (palm out and palm in), sit ups, V-ups, burpies. Do three sets of each the maximum number of reps you can do for all 3 sets. Do cardio such as run, ride a bike and or swim.
There a couple of threads specifically about body mass excersices on here that are really good too.
Good luck. -

There are also always tapes or dvd's, you might even find some basic stuff regarding the system you are interested in learning. You can also check in the local free newspaper for organizations or clubs that meet. I just found an ARMA group that meets about 4 miles from my house that way. Since it's so close and they meet on a Sunday I thought I'd check it out mostly out of curiosity.
Just get creative and look you will find something. -

If you have a DVD player, I recommend the Pit Workout, by John Hackleman.
http://www.thepitworkout.com/
The price is right, only $19.95 and the 2 DVD set includes 3 separate 1 hour workouts, plus some extras like a section on strecthing and some brief instructionals on punching and kicking.
I think the workouts are great and I use variations of them at by school. Once I get aroudn to it, I plan to write full review for the site. Until then, if you have any questions just ask.Last edited by Punisher; 12/31/2006 2:09pm at .
