IT'S SORT OF LIKE A BUTTERFLY! IT'S A MUTANT! IT'S AESOPIAN'S LATEST ARTICLE!
Ladies and Gentlemen, here it is:
Aesopian's Latest Masterpiece.
This is a much anticipated article detailing information about a lesser known open guard variation played by Robson Moura. It's called near side x-guard. Remember that lovely Aesopian.com article about the overhook butterfly game? Imagine, if you will, something slightly similar, with even more options for gripping, breaking base, and sweeping your opponent. That, my educated friends, is near side x-guard. IT'S EVEN OKAY TO PLAY IT FROM YOUR BACK! It's like butterfly guard and x-guard made whoopie in the back of Helio's car and gave birth to the second coming of Jesus Christ's guard game. That's right. God endorses www.aesopian.com
You want it. You need it. You should tip your waiter for his diligent service."No. Listen to me because I know what I'm talking about here." -- Hannibal

I read it and I was very impressed. I will have to play with it some before I feel comfortable incorporating (and approving) of the tutorial. It is well written and seems logical enough.
Just occasionally, I have to try out the dynamics before saying that the information is comprehensive. Aesopian does put out some advanced stuff that can need clarification on details sometimes.

Aesopian asked me to do it for him awhile back, so I do. Self-promotion gets old fast."No. Listen to me because I know what I'm talking about here." -- Hannibal

How come I can never see Aesopian's site? Do I have some fucked spyware thing blocking it? I caught some **** that blocks wikipedia for some odd ass reason. Or am I just not awesome enough yet to see the near side x guard? How do I get that awesome?
