    Keep doing cardio if you are building mass, you need to balance endurance training with building mass. Remember to keep an eye on your calorie intake. If you eat more to bulk up you may gain fat if your calorie intake is too high.

    I've found that its a good idea to keep the martial arts school you're training at informed of your training regimin. They may offer pointers and could adjust your training appropriately.
