    I'm doing 4 to 5 sets now. Depends on the excercise. Just finished one yesterday, and I'm in fucking pain all over.

    Shark is making sure that I'm not doing the same excercise from week to week. He's also integrated push pull supersets now.

    I almost couldn't get out of bed today.

    but do you feel/see any different? has it helped or hurt your jiu jitsu? conditioning?

    I can't tell you really, as I've been doing some heavy cardio to get back up to speed, and have exceeded all my expectations.

    If I did it seperately, I'd have a better answer for you, but since I'm looking at a fight in 6 months, I have to put in as much training as I can. I've gone more about this in my Bullshido training logs.
