I have one of those reflex ones. Filled the base with sand. Knocked it over a lot.

i think that vid was good and it is a good idea because it saves some bucks and lets be honest it works the same way and lets not forget it can easily be replaced. i also have to disagree with free standing bags because it you have an extreme routine, you can easily knock one over and at the end it is not worth the money.

It depends on what part of your game needs the most work but I'd get a double end bag and a slip bag before that thing. For example because my head movement is so crappy I personally would get a slip bag before anything else.
Oh yeah and don't necro threads. I didn't even notice this was 2 years old at first. :( -
