Do they have Boxing katas, like in Karate, one for each glove level?

Looks okay from the website but then again it is Sa-scratch-my-bum some people think they can fudge credentials and no one will check. I might be out for the UCW so maybe I can earn my "Will Travel to kick Ass" badge.....

Hey the owner is Moses Alli, wasnt that guy Canadian Amateur middleweight champ at one point?

Hey everyone. I happen to know the owner he used to work here at Griffins Boxing and Fitness in North Vancouver, B.C. The 'Glove System' that they use is adopted from our gym. I work the desk, coach and box at Griffins. The glove system uses the hand wrap colour not actual glove colour. I agree that it would suck to have to buy new gloves every time. The system works fairly well here, it helps people to set goals and get further in boxing even if they just want to learn to box without having to ever spar. I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a boxing gym. We do still have an amateur team and an elite team(professional boxers including Andy Mavros and AJ Bone).
