It is not the training that is bullsit. It is the course. YOu don't need to spend all that money to learn calestenics that were taught to you in 3rd grade. Just be creative. Bodyweight excersises are better than weight lifting. Any way you look at it. Matt Furey's stuff is great. But not for the price. YOu don't need to buy the program. You can search enought and find it all for free. Go to lockflow.com. Its all on their. It works good.

"only $697 plus shipping."
Wow its like stupid tax!
"If these victims had known just one simple Lightning Ju-Jitsu move they could have saved themselves, by destroying their enemy."
I wonder what the families of the victims would say to that?

WTF? "Now You Can Get the Same Powerful Ju-Jitsu Secrets Elite US Troops Used to Win World War II" At what point during WWII did US, Nazi, and japanese troops say "**** fire arms" and decided that the remainder of the war would be decided by JJ matches to the death?

Funny because you can go to any bookstore and buy better books for learning combat. I have a navy seal combat manual....my dad was marine recon....and they don't have **** in their about hand to hand combat. Just some hokey stuff about creeping up on someone and stuffing a knife in the base of someone's skull. No jiu-jitsu, no ju-jitsu, no kickboxing, and in WW2 they still thought that a karate chop to the kneck would kill someone. Did you know that in WW2 the japaneese actually shortened their bayonetts so that when they stabbed and American it wouldn't kill him. They knew that if one went down then 2 would go down trying to help him get out but if they killed him then everyone would go on fighting. Thats a WW2 Japanese ju-jitsu secret for free. If you want more then e-mail me with your credit card number and for $49.99 a month, I'll send you more. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
