    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    I won a free gi

Just wanted to drop a quick thanks to Ken over on myspace for the free gi.

Last week he ran a contest on his myspace blog where he made a post at some point
between 9AM and 1PM, and the first three subscribers to reply won free platinum weave Gameness gi. I managed to be the second poster in the flood of replies.

Heís also sending me a copy of his single leg takedown DVD, which Iíll review once Iíve digested it.

Ken is running another content tomorrow, so you should add him as your friend for your chance to win free swag.

Nice! My Gi shrunk a lot when I washed it, so maybe I should sign up for some competitions too.

    Around $130.

And it's not spamming if I'm promoting someone else.

So how do you like the gi?
I pointed at him [the panhandler], bringing my rear hand up in a subtle approximation of the double Wu Sau guard that is the default hand position in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

    "Step away," I hissed.
