Anybody here had any experience with shudokan karate?(good or bad) do they spar alot ? is it simalar to kyokushin or shotokan? would you recomend it to a ma. newbie.

Shudokan karate fucktards, jesus christ.
My only experience with it is second hand (got a friend that takes it). Lots of focus on kata, not much on sparring. The sparring they do is apparently bare knuckle, so that's a plus, but I don't know the level of intensity."Emevas,
