    Hell yeah! Hell no!

The Three (Presas, Dillman, and Jay)

I was wondering how Remy Presas and Wally Jay (as well as his son, Leon Jay) got involed with the hadouken king himself, George Dillman. I mean Wally Jay was a Danzan Ryu blackbelt, a Judo champion, and the founder of Small Circle Jujitsu.. Remy was a huge figurehead in reviving Arnis while adding stuff from Karate, Judo, and Small Circle Jujitsu making an excellent art. While George Dilman plays Dragonball Z with his brainwashed students. Can anyone explain?

Not sure about Wally Jay, but I doubt Presas would do such a thing.

This is something that's bugged me since day one in Arnis; so I asked Duane Ranieri about it (my instructor).

From what my instructor told me (who was a first gen instructor under remy and ernesto presas), Remy was definitely about the $$$$$$; which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But also from what I understand dillman wasn't initially so kooky with his beliefs. Started out as a business/friendship. Then, unfortunately after establishing relationships he (dillman) then started getting goofy and my best guess is that neither of these two really had the sack to call out their friend as a fraud because then it would make them look bad.

The bad part is that this extends to my own instructor as well; I've called BS on George Dillman as well and Duane just kind of makes this face like "well I want to say that too but I can't because of his relationship to remy"

That's my best understanding, hope that helps.

Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't Remy Presas dead. Probably all the BSn with Dillman got to his conscience and killed the poor guy. Jay was respectful in his younger days, but it's hard to pass up an easy buck.

Why not email Wally Jay and ask? You may be surprised.

No, that was one of Dillman's 8th black belts. Dillman later commented to the reporter why the technique did not work. It involved "if subject is alternating big toes(up or down) on feet and having tounge on one side of mouth", the knockouts won't work.

Oh yes, I remembered the 'tongue and toes' excuse! That was priceless. I just forgot who the idiot was who failed to KO the skeptic.
