Thread: pressure point challange

It also depends on what is meant by "pressure points." I mean, there are legit vulnerable points on the body. The sternum, that sweet spot on the chin that boxers like to hit for KO's, various nerve clusters that hitting can cause pain or numbness, etc. But the context here is obvious. The guy is talking secret chi-flow points on the body that he can disrupt (aka cause a KO) by touching/using his chi. Those don't exist.

The point is where the whole Dillman thing seems to get nuts is the belief that you can knock people out from this instead of only unbalancing or disrupting them

I sent Frazer an email. I noticed that there is a school in Nashville and Milan , TN. Both of these are fairly close. I will be most happy to go to them and have any "chi" technique performed on me. If need be I will go to KY.
I will tape it for posting purposes.

I prolly shouldn't get into this, but why not.
If the point he was trying to hit was on the side of the neck, he wasn't really hitting you hard enough.
I've hit and been hit there lots, it works. But it takes more than just a light tap, you actually have to hit the person hard, like for real. That seemed really light.
You can test this really easily. Have someone give you a hard chop to the side of the neck, you'll feel something, maybe not be KO'ed, but you'll feel something. But it's no chi BS, its just physiology.
I think me and gumby had a huge thread over this in the technique forum long ago.
