Ecellent MMA conditioning Article

I understand that some feel this is a:beatdead: issue. It been covered over and over. Well I have read a shitload of articles, here and elsewhere, and I think this one is pretty damn good.

This cat dose a great job of focusing in on the needs of a combat athlete and not wandering off into generalizations that can broadly be applied to anything from competitive knitting to global thermo nuclear war. If anything this article, of there is like 4-5 articles attached, does a great job of compileing great information in a single easily navigated site.

Navigate through there MMA pages. There's a **** ton of articles on Nutrition, Training and interviews with MMA fighters. Thanks Flash. I read it and had to pass it on.
