    Well the wife pops off a couple weeks ago and I quote... "You work out every day... why don't you look like the Bowflex guy???" She was joking of course but it got me to thinking. Even when I cut wieght I don't get "ripped" per sey. Just wondering if others have the same issue.

    If you're trying to get ripped you need to cut fat with cardio and you you need to more reps with less weight, if you do it the other way around you will just gain mass
    if you are going for a six pack, you should do atleast 800 crunches a day with some abdominal medicine ball training
    this is what my personal trainer has had me doing for 6 weeks now and Im starting to see some results
    this also may very on your body type
    I a relitively stocky build with broad shoulders, but it will probly work nomatter what your build is

    I already do a **** ton of crunches. I think that's what got me to this point. I have no interst in being ripped. That's not exactly the healthiest state to keep your body in for extended period of time anyway. When I cut wieght I do get alot more muscular definition but not ripped per sey.
