Oh I was just wondering because I didn't see that in the rules you posted. I don't agree with a lot of the rules, it's pretty lame.

There was something else I was going to say but I completely forgot what it is.

Some flashy techniques work. SBK's work... and they aren't a once in a blue moon dealy. Can count tons of fighters who use them effectively....

I'd argue that the SBK is right on the borderline between a meat-and-potatoes technique and a flashy one. People can make it work (usefully and pretty reliably) but only if they train this particular move a great deal and pick their moment very judiciously. Of course GSP and Cung Le are shining examples of people able to make it work and look like a smart thing to do; but I've also seen lots of TKDers and other fighters keep trying to pull these off over and over and getting sodomized for their efforts.

Just off the top of my head.... ****... look up spinning back kick on Youtube and you'll see tons of KB matches ended with an SBK.

OK, so we have the SBK...which I have been throwing for 17 years with success by the way and I have never touched TKD, so it is not unique to that style.......and what else?

ONE technique that isn't even that flashy in the first place - certainly not compared to the other shite that you see thrown in those pyjama clad can-can matchs called TKD anyway
