    need opinions

My question is did the martial arts help your mind, body, and has it made you a better person since you joined. I need a lot of opinions for my project so make it short and to the point if you could please.

Dear marik, excuse me, but this website IS A COLLECTION of "a lot of opinions" on martial arts. If you'd only read around...
I don't know about your project, since you did not take the time to inform us about it, but there actually is a search function on this site.
Use it. Enjoy your stay. And look out - this is not academic ground...

Granted it may not be the opinion you seek but it is an opinion never the less. Have a nice day. Oh and welcome to BSD

    Dear Dave,

A few years ago the world made a group decision to include the apostrophe into the English language as we know it. As such the confusion between the homonyms 'your' and the contraction of 'you are' was cleared up thusly:

    You are = You're

Thanks for your adherance and observace of this small but significant rule.

    TKD

PS - Marik, much like passing wind in a car just linger long enough and someone will flatulate their opinion in your presence.

    THIS IS NOT AN EXIT

A little; yes; probably not; but on a completely related topic, and because I feel it is precisely on point, is Mr. Humm's astute observation.

While understandable in its fairly obvious implication, it does require some interpretation which may remove this observation from its intended status as a clear declaratory statement. I believe what he meant was....

    You're a RETARD
    as you see.

While this is grammatically incorrect, one can, with little mental gymnastics (assuming one is not "a retard"), sufficiently surmise that Mr. Humm did not intend to signify that...

    You're a RETARD
as this statement properly addresses what Mr. Humm believes adequately describes you, i.e.,

    You're a RETARD
    or, sans the contraction ...

    You are a RETARD
    Thus, in conclusion, I concur.

An English teacher would say this is a superfluous statement, since one can already logically conclude your retardness from the context of your style(s) field.

PS - Dave you may in fact be retarded but we still love you, even if you are English.

It gave me confidence (lol i choke you now noob), it made me fit again (cartwheel pass WTF?), and it made me a better person because of those two things.
