Neck Thickening

Yeah im a little 130-140 pound trout and I dont want my neck to snap when im playing rough with the 190-240 pound steroid-popping jocks around school.

Sometimes I do what i call neck-ups (i dont know the real name but im sure you get the idea) but I dont feel like im getting THAT much benefits. Can anyone help me out?
