    (video saved for posterity)

YouTube- Billy Burke Interview about Frank Dux

    * Claims to have been special forces for over 20 years
    * Claims to have taught special forces soldiers
    * Supports and endorses Frank Dux's silly claims

    What's that insignia he's wearing?
That is called a special forces "flash", each special forces group (which is devoted to a different geographic area) has a different one. Why don't you search and find out which one it is?

Okay, it appears to be the flash of the 7th special forces group, which is stationed at Fort Bragg and works in Central and South America.

More on the guy. I was going to email the POWnetwork last week in an attempt to verify Burke's military record but they apparently can't do anything without knowing the person's service number.

    Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/billyjburke
Page on indieProducer.net: http://www.indieproducer.net/profile/BillyJBurke - his DOB is apparently 3/28/70.

This guy might be totally legit - but I just can't understand why any real military man would throw himself in with Dux.

You guys are good. I'm a useless lurker. I've read so many threads that my eyes hurt lately. It's so entertaining though. Somewhere I saw a web address someone posted for general military records. I'll try to skim back over a few threads & find it.

I'm a complete n00b when it comes to knowledge of the US military - still, would a real ex-Green Berets/Delta Force guy really be instructing Navy SEALs? That doesn't sit right with me.

Is there enough info here to send off an FOIA request? I looked into it & doubt I'm smart enough to do it right the first time but I'm willing to foot the whole bill if someone else did. Still trolling for search options on the web here. I think lying about military service is illegal at some point.

Archived versions of his House of Champions bio, for the sake of convenience.

So, if he really had done everything that he claimed, he'd be 50-something-ish now. I'm open to the possibility that the DOB listed on the indieproducer page is his 'Hollywood birthday' (actors, yaknow). Looking at his pics, I couldn't call his age with any degree of certainty...

If you have problems doing it, I'd be willing to make the request - though I'm not sure if I'd be allowed, not being an American citizen...

EDIT: Just me, or has archives.gov not been working for a couple of days now?

OK. I'm just not sure how much info we need before sending out the request. Do we have enough on hand to work with?
