Ambitious, but not certainly not absurd.
I don't have to tell you, since you'll eventually find out, but this kind of redundancy isn't going to be sustainable in the long run. Think in broad strokes and how the joints moves, and less in terms of each individual muscle; and definitely not in terms of working muscles from "different angles" etc. Even from a pure "body building" standpoint the latter is over-rated at best, but more likely just plain stupid and invalid.
I'd streamline the movements into something more like this:
seated bicep curl
then some neck stuff (flexion, extension, and lateral flexion)*
Rather than 3 sets on every one, do a couple warm-up sets on the exercises with an asterisk, followed by one demanding set...or two at most. Contributing 100% more time (i.e. 2 sets instead of 1) you won't be gleaning 100% more benefit and so on. Definitely diminishing returns the more you start heaping on.
As for being discriminating with when you use multi sets, it'll save you time and you'll be warmed up by time you get to the somewhat redundant movements, and can cut right to the beneficial set...the demanding one or so.
A very reasonable start, however. Good job being common sensical.

Hitman, if you're in Johnson City, and do BJJ, does that mean you go to Absolute JJ in Bristol? I'm going to try to get over there in the next week or so to check it out.
