I've met Shannon Moore. Nice guy. Never sparred with him or anything like that, so I don't know anything about his skills.

Has anyone been to this place or heard of the instructors there? It's in Columbia, MD. One of the head instructors is Sifu Shannon Moore. I was thinking about taking it but I don't know how credible this place is.

They usually go to that US Kuoshu tournament they have in Hunt Valley every year.

I remember competing in the point sparring, forms, chi sao divisions. Some of the students did do the lei tai, I watched them.
