Banned for failing to live up to the standards he expected of others and wasting more time on calling out forum military members' credentials than he spent in his own military career.

An regular Ph.D requires both supervised coursework and an independent thesis that meets accepted academic standards. Typically one would take fifteen to twenty graduate level courses followed by a dissertation. People in the martial arts community have appropriated this title and imposed it with no or low standards.

BTW anyone with your standard disagreement with AR, please take it to a thread outside this section, I want to keep this thread clean.

    Academic Degrees iN Martial Arts

I still don't see where is the problem ?! They seems to be sytematised, you have all three levels of Academic degrees, you must prepar quit a work toward recognetion and all people seems to me well known as serious and Senior Martial Artists.
We know diploma mills, paper for money......this place does not looks like one of them.
Looks like a private academy with some well known people and acrediting process.
Do you have some other information about ?

My Ph.D. program is a 5 year program and has a 50% attrition rate.

With your poor grammar and spelling I have to ask, are you a graduate? I can't find a course catalogue on this site, a list of required courses, dissertation requirements, and regional certification by a recognized academic body that accredits universities.

Please provide me with a link to a course catalogue, Budo007.

Polish, you are trolling this thread. Resolve your problems with AR in another section. And if you don't want to listen to me there's a temp ban behind door number two.
