    Hell yeah! Hell no!
I'd say it hurts more to watch my words be used by Doctor X.

Fun Doctor X Fact: In Aesopian's "Vs. A Karate Instructor" thread, Doctor X watched a two-minute video of a BJJ gi tournament and asked why the karateka tried to grapple!
Captain's Log: Just a little update for all my TRUE and HONEST friends out there:

    1) I am STRAIGHT! I am STRAIGHT! Get it through your thick skulls, numbskulls!

    2) My name is not Ian Brandon Something.

    3) Kacey is coming with me now. I have stolen her from the other Christian Weston Chandler.

REMINDER: I am still the one and only true creator of sonichu and rosechu electric hedgehog pokemon

It's not a legend. I had my MCL torn by a heel hook about 2/3 months into my training career. Just a slight sensation of pressure, then tearing. Years down the track, with a lot more sensitivity, I know when my knee is about to go, but as a result of my early experience, I don't use heel hooks with anyone under high blue belt/purple level.

Same thing can actually occur with arm bars as well. I have a small-sized girl who I had to constantly train to tap early, b/c we found out that she has to tap early at the elbow or else take a week off from training.

Is that true? You're a legend. Can you link to the post where 't3h d34d7y' first appeared?

so in an hour to two hours you went over every position and 4-5 attacks from each position had a chance to roll and still had time for some stand up. My first BJJ class we went over one takedown one attack from guard and one defense and i had trouble remembering what we went over.

Not much stand up, and we will see if I remember anything in a couple days. My guess is no, no I will not.

That neck crank was the one I was talking about, the bas rutten thing.

what's different on the bas rutten neck crank from a wrestler's reverse cradle... other than the obvious tap v pin.
