To each his own. I will admit I don't really have an appreciation for many of the "martial arts" I hear about, and I don't really think they should be called martial arts at all if fighting (i.e. you sparr frequently) is not the point of it. I think if the mysticism of _ing _hun is appealing to you, other areas of your life may be lacking. If I ever decide that I don't want to train MT, or Judo, BJJ, or a similar MA, then I will go pursue running or weights.
