    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Another great conditioning clip from Bodyweightculture

This is the ****, can't take anything from it.

Great info and free. Like someone said, some books have less info than this.

Oh God. I gotta try those exercises (I wish I was 20 years younger and days had 27 hours rather than just 24).

    *** EDIT ***

I would be a bit scared to do those wheel burpies. Can does wheels take that kind of pressure without breaking????

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

They're using exercise bands, what a bunch of wimps.

But seriously, thanks for the awesome clip. It gave me some new things to (attempt to) do rather than just the same old same old.

I tried the wheel burpee. As long as it can hold your body weight it doesn't put any undue pressure on the wheel, no more than any other exercise with it.

I've already come up with my own variation on the burpee which I call the "Burp Burpee":

    1. Drink a can of soda
    2. Do a burpee
    3. Burp

Good conditioning exercises. I expected a roll out when he got the wheel on the floor, but he did a pushup instead. Those hops are really cool, I keep falling everytime I try them.

Have anyone tried the wheel hops. Is it possible to extend the leg as if you are jumping but horizontally. If you do, you will go flying forward. You must than recover the legs fast, no to end up on your stomach. Very good exercise. Does anyone understand what I am talking about?

I'd be more worried about the fucking thing taking off on me and breaking my nose on the pavement!

Thanks for posting the video, I'm definately going to add some of those to my burpee repitoire! I especially like the bronco burpees and the one legged burpees.
