Hank what day are you going?

OZZ I was discussing this very thing with someone a few days ago. Seminars are good and you can learn a few things but a lot depends on who's teaching, who is attending and where you are in relationship to what they're teaching.

The other side of the coin is this, I am a huge MMA fan right now the top fighters like BJ do seminars some because it's a way to supplement their income, and also because they enjoy doing it.

In 20 years from now when the top guys are making 20,000,000 a year and are superficial assholes you're not going to get this anymore.

What other sport can you train with top people in their prime?

Boxing, football, baseball, hockey? Nope and nope.

Now is an amazing time to meet see and train with some of the best fighters in the world and is an opportunity that I don't want to miss.

I have been looking for a pair of those forever. I would way overpay for a copy of penn's fight shorts. Perhaps by wearing them, I can absorb some of Bj's power through osmosis.
