Awesome! If you include a series on helicopter sweeps from cross guard, I'm going to ruin my laundry for a week.
Really trying to improve my sweeps from cross guard that do not utilize the omoplata ... namely the helicopter and over-the-shoulder sweeps. I can't land either type with any proficiency, even though I play tons of cross guard.
