You definitely won't be training w/ 10 year olds...and will most likely be training w/ pro and amatuer MMA fighters.
The BJJ is great as far as I can tell...though I'm simply a shitty white belt who gets tapped more than a Bangkok whore. I will say that both Billy and Jason are Royce Gracie brown-belts...and they really, really good!!!
I'd stay away from other BJJ schools in the area until you check out this one.Last edited by Southpaw; 3/04/2008 7:09am at .

I thought I'd update these ratings based on the fact that the school recently expanded the amount of mat space they have.
Also...both instructors are now Royce Gracie Black Belts.
I've been there a little over 18 months now and am still loving it. The instructors are great, as are the vast majority of the people who train there.
It is amazing to me how much I am still enjoying it despite the fact that I still get the crap kicked out of me on a nightly basis. I have gotten somewhat better as I can tap from almost any position now. :)
Anyway, the longer I'm at this school the more I'm kicking myself that I didn't join earlier. I would definitely say that if you are looking for a good school in the triangle, I'd start here. -

Couple of questions
How much is it a month for BJJ and Muay Thai?
Realistically how good can you get training in a class session? I assume that is an hour. Don't you have to spar a lot to actually get good?
Lastly, this is quite a drive for me as it is going away from home after work. Do all you guys drive out of your way to train here? -

I'd call and discuss rates as I can't exactly quote what you would pay.
As for your 2nd questions...I'm not really qualified to answer that but classes are 1.5 hours long, and the last 30 minutes are all rolling.
A lot of guys drive a bit to get there...I live 3 miles from there so I don't have to. -
