    Who said they did? There was a post earlier about bringing in a BJJ purple to help with the ground game. I don't recall reading any posts that said anything like:

    "Thank god they brought in a BJJer. Anything else in MMA is teh useless!"

    People were happy that they brought in someone who was reasonably qualified to teach grappling.

    Work on your reading comprehension, so others don't have to hold your hand on the internet.

    BJJ is also the most complimentary of typical MMA arts to TKD because they deal with entirely different combat phases.

    I have trained with a purple belt in bjj it was the first time I have ever been worked by a man 15 lbs lighter then me. he traines under pedro sauer. alot of respect for those guys!(I come from a wrestling background with some submission training just for the record)

    Ummmm ..no...they are wanting more money from people. If someone doesnt want to take TKD they will jump on the hot thing which is MMA.

    TKD School + MMA Class with NO Qualified Instructors = Money Making Gimmick.

    And they'll probably have their own MMA tournaments, so they can still compete "like in the UFC", but without getting exposed as frauds
