    Well good for you. But whatever other muscles you get to bend your arm are going to be a lot weaker than your bicep. I am quite happy with my muscles fulfilling their usual (and optimal) roles.

    A simple one might be genetic developement of muscles. Different people inherit different lengths of muscles in different parts of the body. They may have short or long tendons on each muscle and that variation can be wildly different all over the body. A person may have short biceps but long hamstrings, even parts of muscle groups that are very close together may have radically different developement and characteristics
