    I personally don't spar I'm too low in rank. The black belts did use to but right now having Sgt. Cooper constantly on call we are being trained by 2 nidans and aikido is focused on the lower kyu's hence jiuwaza and rendori.

    Tai Chi. Good for the body and ego as long as you don't fight. I think I'll learn Tai Chi and do the forms really fast at the club once I dim mak the bouncer.
