I have noticed over the years that the harder I train the more my head hurts afterwards.
It is more like a pounding than a steady ache.
I was wondering...what could be causing this.
I believe that I may not be breathing right and this could be causing it. Any thoughts?
Maybe it's "exercise induced headache" (google....).
