Ok, this is the movement where you start with one arm forward, one back and the opposite legs forward and back? If so then I believe the idea is start with your forward arm bent like you're down in press up position and then as you straighten your arm, you move forward a step and then bend the other arm to go back down into pressup position.

It's an exercise/drill mate. It's not Gecko style BJJ or anything like that :)
