    Hell yeah! Hell no!
I have recently come up with a new bit of training fun. It spart of my plan to cut back on training and takes about 30 minutes.
My gym is four storeys high. I sprint from ground floor to top floor up the stairs, then run back down and repeat for half an hour. Its bloody mruder on the lungs and legs, but all good.

On the burpee side of things... i HATE them. My slightly crazy MT coach has a thing where every now and again we have our club burpee game. The object of which is to do 500 in under 45 minutes. It is evil and much harder than it sounds. I usually fall short by 30 or 40 or so when the buzzer goes off.

I try to do 5 burpees in under 5 hours. Still haven't made it.

If your doing cardio, its cardio - whether its burpees, or anything else. The only way to avoid boredom is to mix it up. Doing the OP routine would be fine for a little while (except that I could not do it), but about a week later it too would be boring. Especially considering about 50 burpees would kill me . . .

Rolling however you can do forever, 'cause its fun, and as we all know, when you stop having fun, its no fun anymore.

I can only assume either you're setting fire to things while you're running up and down, or your gym nazis are wussy beyond comprehension.
Tell them you're aiding the fire risk assessment by running up and down the stairs until you have a large enough sample of data compiled to produce an model of average time to evacuate from all floors.
    Then punch them.:icon_bigg
Where there is only a choice between cowardice and violence, I would advise violence.

Good plan! Im down with that!

They are just pussies... they reckon me running up and down the stairs means that the stairway is not "being kept clear at all times". I wonder if htat means they are going to ban people from climbing the stairs altogether?

100 Burpees in 10 minutes. (Done in sets of 10. Do 10 burpees, rest for 30 seconds than do another 10).

    100 Pushups
    100 V- Ups
    10 Handstand Pushups

Now before anyone asks, it's meant to be a conditioning/endurance exercise. The focus is not Maximum Strength like you get with lifting heavy weights. But as far as good workouts go it's one of my favourite.

Please feel free to add yours.
-That's a ball buster in 20 minutes. CrossFit worthy imo.

That's probably where Hannibal stole it from.

Erhm... Best cardio? What about a combination: rolling up and down the four storey staircase?

Tabata sets? I do three of them with burpees, and then call it a day. Whatever.
