    That's an OK routine. Now, how about the one you actually do? I'm guessing it's measured in button pushes and different parts of the anatomy scratched, all done from a seated position.

    That is the routine I did at 8:00pm and I swear by it.

    It will only go that way if Shuma-Gorath decides to be an asshole.

    I've found a routine that is short but very effective. It's done wonders for my endurance in sparring and I've replaced my running with this. I'm not looking to start an argument here. Just to share idea's with others. That's all.

    what a fucking boring routine. also, we used to do something like that as a warm down at my old gym, if you had to lie down after that you need to harden the **** up sonny jim

    Dude, you must be joking me. 100 Burpees in under 10 minutes flat followed by all that other stuff. Do that and your heart will be beating like a drum. Great fitness work I can tell you. Nothing over-complicated which is why I like it. It's simple, straight forward and one of the best cardio rotuines one can ever get.

    But please if anyone knows of anything better I'd like to hear about it.
