The point of this thread was about no-gi judo in mma, thats why Karo is so badass is cause he doesnt need the gi to regularly pull off nice throws and he doesnt look like a bumbling idiot when he stnding up. I love the gi but their is a time and place for everything.
    Eduardo "Why'd you stop."

Me "I was kicked in the head by the guys sparring next to me."

Eduardo "Ino what happened but i didnt say you could stop."

Me "Um.. I guess I keep going."

Eduardo "You dont stop until i say stop, you dont get tired until i say your tired, keep going."

The time and place for gi is everywhere in competition. I love Daido Juku for their gi pwnage. Seriously, outside of competition and training gi's look pretty dumb and when fat arsed TKD and Krotty loosers screw with the basic white or blue it's stupid and sad, but aside from that gi's are fucking badass and should be worn. I wish there was MMA in a gi.. that polish video with full contact jiu jitsu is awesome.
I pointed at him [the panhandler], bringing my rear hand up in a subtle approximation of the double Wu Sau guard that is the default hand position in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

    "Step away," I hissed.
