Because if your opponent isn't wearing handles and a handy noose around his neck, you don't want to be wearing them either?

I know a certain thread on a certain MMA forum that has links to some of those vids (o-soto, uchi-mata and drop seoi) plus some other instructionals for download, I could post it here or is that against forum rules?

I love how he takes the time to aim their heads on the ground right before he slams them. I approve.

It's never been an issue in the past.

    Feel free.

Okay, but if I get into trouble we know who is to blame... that's right, violent video games!

    Karo Parisyan Judo for MMA.
    1. Osoto Gari
    3. Drop Seoi-Nage
    4. Uchi-Mata
    6. Submissions
    (these are 350MB each)

There are also a few Marcelo Garcia no gi instructionals.
    Mastering the Back
    Submissions
    X Guard
    The Arm Drag
(these are about 30-40MB each, short but sweet)

The original thread is here if anyone's interested (I think you need to register to view), the instuctionals are in post #39. There's a whole bunch of other stuff there too, some of the files have died though.

Hear hear! We need more MMA with gis! And I don't mean where you have the choice to wear a gi I mean where you're required to wear a gi. But I guess that's what Daido Juku is all about. Too bad it's not very popular.

Someone needs to make another Karo highlight video with his stuff from the Sanchez fight. I think that was his best display of Judo to date.

EXACTLY!!!! People need to wear clothes when they fight and gi are perfect clothing, look how well they can be pimped and everything! (Seriously, everyone start wearing gi's o.o )

I thought the Sanchez fight was one of the best yet.... even if he did loose.

What I like about Akiyama is his flamboyant gi-wearing against worse grapplers.

I've posted this before, but I still think it's sweet. Akiyama vs Manhoef.
