I have seen documents (he often carries a portfolio with him for people at seminars to browse through) made a few notes. In the portfolio he has newspaper clippings of Artist of the year.. Everything else I know from speaking with folks personally and plaques on the wall. You are headed into proving the bonafides

Right, I think most people will need something concrete identifying your identity and then tying you to him before taking what you said as fact. Not that I'm saying your story is false, but, for the time being, its authenticity is ambiguous.

But, if I were to take what you said as at least vacuously true… then my god; I have a difficult time feeling empathy for people that would fall for that BS. I think that people that are suckered into that cult would be so deluded that even presented with blatant facts and proofs of his fraudulency would dismiss any contrary proof of his authenticity. I understand the desire to find concrete evidence of his deception and contradictions in his stories, such as looking at birth and death records, but my god… isn’t that just sauce for the goose? Can’t his fraudulency be taken as a trivial fact? His followers aren’t going to believe he’s a fraud present with proof or as a trivial fact.

and now you've begun to lose me. My field is in economics. They give out 10 million dollars and an artistly drawn diploma, and a medal for the Nobel Prize. you do not pay a few thousand bucks to win that award.
