    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Tyson gonna be fighting women!!!!!

Just when we thought it was no longer possible Mike Tyson has sunk to a new low. I had to read this article 3 times just to get it through my head and then I laughed my ass off for 10 minutes. http://msn.foxsports.com/boxing/stor...0?FSO1&ATT=HMA
TYSON IS GOING TO FIGHT A FEMALE BOXER IT IS NOT A JOKE!!!! That's fucking hillarious. The washed up wife is actually going to duke it out with a girl in a ring!!! Man it would just be too fucking hillarious if he lost.

At a news conference at an Italian restaurant, Tyson said he would likely go just four rounds and that future stops on the tour might include bouts with women, possibly professional boxer Ann Wolfe.

Wolfe, from Waco, Texas, is 21-1 with 15 knockouts.

"She's such a prominent, dominant woman in the boxing field," Tyson said.

When asked if he was joking about fighting women, Tyson said, "I'm very serious."

Russ Young, a promoter for Wolfe, said such a bout will never happen.

"That's the first we've heard of it," Young said. "No state would sanction that. She would be outweighed by 60 to 70 pounds (27-32 kilos). Ann would never entertain the idea."

The joke is Tyson. Such a shame.

Andy Kaufman wasn't the undisputed heavyweight champion.

I don't really see anything wrong with Mike Tyson doing an exhibition with Wolfe. I wouldn't do it, for fear of Tyson collapsing my skull, but the notion of a male heavyweight former champion doing an exhibition with Anne Wolfe to promote women boxing seems pretty noble to me... as long as it ACTUALLY turns out to be a friendly exhibition match like he's saying.

Realistically, with Tyson's anger issues, the minute Wolfe lit him up (and she would), he would go ballistic and go for the knockout. Tyson was a helluva athlete back in the 80's, but he is about 7 years old emotionally and about 13 years old intellectually.

When I think about it, it'd be a cool thing for Wolfe to do if it wasn't Mike Tyson. There's obviously the Mike Tyson anger issues (though I wonder, how does he deal with sparring partners?), and then there's also the side show element that any Mike Tyson fight would have. If it were a respected champion, someone like Bernard Hopkins maybe, then doing an exhibition would be awesome PR for women boxers, but Mike Tyson people would only see it as a joke.

I'd love to promote that fight, it would surely make money, and get some respect for women boxers.
