Style: Kyokushinkai / Kajukenbo--
It's not that (ego), it's reflects the positive "go for it" enthusiasm - Kyokushinkai and some other Japanese karate use the term both as a greeting and affirmation. Kinda like aloha and the shaka sign combined with male power.
