Judo Clips Part Deux

Ok guys, I may go to copyright hell, but whatever. See it. Enjoy it. Assimilate it. Whore it. Please comment as well.

Neil Adam's assorted throws - osoto gari, o goshi, ouchi gari, seoi nage, kosoto gari and kouchi gari.

Brian Jones discussing how to use Kouchi Gari in BJJ.

Now, after watching Jone's clip, I'm realizing why kouchi gari, kosoto gari and ouchi gari are drilled more often than other throws in my BJJ class. I hope these clips are useful to you... watch them (and save them) while they are up. :headbang:
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Because good Judo makes me happy, and because you posted some Neil Adams, I give you Adams doing a sweet juji gatame -- back when Judo actually gave you time on the ground: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmmWV3kx66I

Neil teaching the triangle choke (sankaku jime): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gxSce_TRyc

And, even though its probably a repost: Yamashita! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOwlqKkEXCo

Here 60+ Kimura teaching some old school Judo (okay, its in Japanese): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVE82gH-v-g
