Style: Muay Thai /BJJ--
Our Thai classes consist of warm up, stretching, drills, techs,sparring,and last but definately not least strength and conditioning.
BJJ - We have a gi class on monday night that is tought by Renzo Gracie purple belt John Finn. Starts out drilling drilling and more drilling and then goes into rolling and then stretching. Wed and Fri we have no gi class that we start out drilling and then we open the mat.
Sat we do MMA training. The guys who are training for a fight train MMA everyday.
Yes we are building a fight team..... it looks like a few of our guys are going to fight on the Sportfighting card April 22.
